How does one switch from the older style billing method of Credit Card and Pay Pal to Credit card only auto payment.

You can do this in My account > My details
To cancel a PayPal subscription its My account > my flynumbers ( or directly on the paypal.com site)
Make sure to choose your credit card from the drop down menu as well
