Can't Send SMS with Groundwire

Title says it all! I can make phone calls okay, but can’t send out text messages on Groundwire. The SMS forwarding works through my email though.

Edit: I just realized that I can make outgoing calls but can’t get any incoming calls as well. Any thoughts on what I did wrong?

At the moment our numbers don’t come with outgoing SMS , many have incoming ( as you’ve mentioned )

The number wasn’t connected to the new phone system ( you had it set to the old one ) - we took are of this and it should work OK now
