When I got the email to confirm my account, it said “blocked”. When I got to the homepage and tried to log in, it also said “blocked”. Why am I blocked? I paid for my number!!!

It’s usually pretty quick with German numbers. However, since it’s the weekend, things slow down a little. We should have more info by tomorrow at the latest.
