Account blocked after payment

Hi,

I recently made an account with the username “otw3p3h4”, but it was blocked. I assume that was because I used an email alias during account creation, so I tried making another account with username “2m6u5ok1” under my real email. This account was also blocked, but the payment went through. If possible, I wanted to ask if my account under the name “otw3p3h4” could be deleted, and if my account under the name “2m6u5ok1” could be unblocked (I believe that’s the account the payment is associated with). If that’s not possible, please delete both my accounts and issue a refund.

Sorry to hear, and part of the reason for the block (payment was refunded, by the way) was that you ordered a Hungary number and did not provide the info needed.
