Account Banned during the Uploading of Documents, need assistance

Hello. Recently i made an account in FlyNumber, trying to setup a number for a business, but i received the 403 error while trying to submit some documents. After a few retries, it blocked the account. I am assuming it is a protection against spam, but it was a consequence of trying to fix the of “Multiple extensions” (still don`t know what that means in the context of the documents).

Is this something you can assist me on?
