Hello! I purchased three Israeli phone numbers yesterday. One was approved, and two are still pending. The one that was approved should be able to receive SMS (it starts with 972-77), but they are not being delivered. I opened a ticket, but it has not been answered since yesterday. I also tried calling support and got no answer. Is it possible to do something about my issue? I planned to use those numbers today.

The only Israeli numbers that are capable of SMS are Israeli mobile numbers (55 Prefix).

There was actually an internal error we just noticed, so we appreciate you bringing this up. I’m thinking there could have been a cache issue.
