The number has been ported out from previous service provider to flynumber. The invoice has been paid for fly number as well. However, there is a misconfiguration showing in the system with two different numbers attached together. Can you please recify this urgently. The dialing the ported number shows an error.

We see the number was ported the day before yesterday.
The issue seems to be you have it set directly to forward to a regular phone number, I just updated this for you so that you can use the phone system (like your other numbers).
So now the number uses the cloud phone system as far as routing.
