My Paid Australian number is still pending

Hi there,

I have paid for an Australian local number and it still says it is pending. My address and name are present in ‘My Account’. Can you please check this and process or let me know if there is an issue and how to fix? I am looking to have this sorted urgently as I need the Australian number for work.
