It will enable incoming/outgoing calls as well as outgoing SMS (US outgoing SMS might be a little late due to internal red tape).

The launch will happen any day now; however, USA outbound SMS wonāt be at the same time, unfortunately.
Also, we will need to register the business to get outbound US (SMS) working in your account. Outbound SMS is subject to very strict regulations.

I canāt believe this. Why didnāt you tell us about this weeks ago about having to have a registered business???
Now you wasted months of my time for nothing.
Iām NOT registering a business to call one or two numbers a year.

The internal SIP is live and does not need any special type of registration - we were referring to outbound US SMS (which is still not live yet).
You can now call out with a US number (without the phone system).
Oh, I donāt need outbound texting, just calls. You didnāt say that the business registration was just for SMS.
I tried to review the link you gave me & either Iām too tired, or itās just too technical for me.
What steps do I do to just make a call to a US number with my fly number?
What do you mean without the phone system? I was just going to use my headset on my computer, canāt I do that?
Also, why do I keep getting emails saying Iām being charged money for the SMS charges? Why arenāt you billing me once a month or something.
Iām literally getting emails every day or every other day or something. Itās very annoying.
Ok, I tried to look in my invoices area, do you bill out for those SMS notifications once a week?

Valid point and we updated the previous post.
I would advise signing up for a fresh account on the new FlyNumber system, just let me know if itās OK to delete the old account and move the funds.
Once youāre on the new panel, itās much easier for us to debug and help set this up.
