Help with account statement layout for Meta verification

Hi guys,

I’m trying to get my business verified over on Meta Business Suite, but their automated system keeps rejecting my account document.

The problem is that the system immediately flags anything labeled as an “invoice” as just a receipt rather than actual proof of phone ownership.

Is there any way support could generate a PDF copy of my latest billing statement but change the header text to say “monthly Statement” or “telecom bill” instead of “Invoice”? It just needs to clearly link my official company name, address, and number together so the Meta bot stops blocking it.

Thanks in advance for the help

Hi @Mike4,

We can’t issue a document labelled as a bill or statement that isn’t one. What we issue is the invoice, and it already carries the account holder’s name, address and the number, which is what verification checks look for. Honestly we can’t promise what Meta’s system will accept, but their support can usually take a VoIP provider’s invoice once you tell them the number is a virtual one.
