Forwading call with SIP

I’d like to forward Incoming calls arriving on a Serbian Virtual phone number bought here to audiocodes using URI.
Audio codes provide the following info I have to provide you:
xxxxxxxx.sip1-region1.audiocodes.io

Will this be enough to simply set the SIP connection?
Is the transfer with SIP free?

That should work fine, yes.

You may need to whitelist IPs with them depending on their instructions.

Yes, we will send the calls to that SIP URI for free.
