I signed up, picked country and city but I don't seem to have the number. Under My FlyNumber(s) the DID Number field is empty. In the PBX thing I see "You have no available numbers". What's going on? Thanks!

Sorry for the delay here, the number has been sent
Google checkout payments take a little longer than others, Google does their own internal customer review of the payment/order before completely clearing it
We should have direct credit cards soon as Google checkout is being decommissioned anyway
