Newly activated DID number isn't forwarding to pbxes

I activated a new DID number in Curitiba, Brasil to be forwarded to my pbxes account. I’ve tried to call it but it has not worked. There’s no record on the flynumber call history, nor on pbxes side.
Could you please check and confirm if the number is active and the forwarding is ok?

Can you please try to set the “TO” date in the Call history to one day in the future and you should see the very recent calls
