My did number dont work when i call from my mobile or my local number say cant complete the call
Sorry to hear about this and we see many calls in call history ( my account > call history )
Can we make sure the forwarding is OK, we see at least one calls showing up as “busy”
If there is a specific phone in Brazil that cant reach the flynumber, please let us know the phone number, carrier name and GMT time of the failed call
