ID Required for country not listed

During the ordering process I was prompted with the following:
“Virtual Phone Numbers (DIDs) regulation of this country requires special registration. ( Read more )”
Clicking on “Read More” lists the countries with such requirements. The one I selected (Hungary) is not listed. Why am I prompted to provide an ID?

Hi

For Hungary numbers we will need Photo ID and proof of address in the Hungary city you want a number

This is not really in our hands as its a requirement of the local carrier

You should update the “Read More” page then. It doesn’t list Hungary.
