how many lines do we have per number, are they shared between all users of flynumber.com or dedicated?

its just in the morning i have few calls, i end up not getting calls, most customers complain they get fast busy signal on my virtual number, then they call me on my mobile
It would tell you in the call history, are you seeing a “busy” error in there?
no its not resolved, its just morning time, i cant get calls,
