Canadian no. not activated although payment method is active

Hi, I recently purchased a Canadian no. but its not activated although Canada is not included in the list of countries that require additional documentation.

Kindly activate it as soon as possible.

I just received a message from PayPal that the amount has been refunded , without any comm from flynumber, why it cancelled my order and refunded me the amount ??

Please help

Obviously very late reply (but in case someone needs to know) , this was flagged and we couldn’t provide services. We usually will send an email asking for more details to verify the account when something like this happens.
